Responsibilities of Authors

Originality and Plagiarism: All submissions must be original and unpublished work. Proper citation is mandatory. Plagiarism is unacceptable.

Multiple Submissions: Manuscripts must not be under consideration by another journal simultaneously.

Authorship: Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant scholarly contributions.

Data Integrity: Fabrication, falsification or manipulation of data is unethical.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and credibility of the journal. Reviewers are expected to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts
  • Provide objective and constructive feedback
  • Avoid personal criticism of authors
  • Declare any conflict of interest
  • Review manuscripts within the agreed timeframe

Reviewers must not use unpublished material from submitted manuscripts for personal research without permission.

Responsibilities of Editors

Editors of Policy Collectives Review are responsible for:

  • Ensuring fair and unbiased manuscript evaluation
  • Maintaining confidentiality of submissions
  • Selecting qualified reviewers

Editors will not disclose information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers and publisher.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice

The journal follows established international standards of publication ethics. If plagiarism, data fabrication or unethical research practices are detected:

  • Manuscripts may be rejected immediately
  • Published papers may be retracted
  • Authors’ institutions may be notified if required

If significant errors are identified after publication, the journal may publish corrections or retractions.

Authors, reviewers and editors must disclose any potential conflict of interest that may influence the research, review or publication process. Conflicts may include financial interests, institutional affiliations, personal relationships, or funding sources.
